Ordering from 2B Print

How long does it take to receive my prints on canvas?

From the time you submit your order, please allow 1-3 business days for production, and then 1-3 working days for delivery from date of dispatch.

Can I place an order and have it delivered to a separate address?

Sure - upon check out, you will be given the option to choose the billing address, or supply a separate delivery address.

Is there a delivery charge for my order?

We offer two shipping services:

  1. Our shipping fees starts from £3.00 and with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.

I have an image I would like to upload, but I’m unsure if it’s high enough quality?

Simply email your image to would like printing to our team at [email protected] and a member of our design team will make sure your photo will be perfect for printing.

For us to achieve the best quality print for you we highly recommend not to use images that has been copied off Facebook or edited in a mobile app as these get reduced down in size and quality for Internet viewing only.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Will my photo canvas be delivered already stretched over its frame?

Definitely yes! Ready to take a place of pride on your wall! We would never send our customers a printed canvas and four blocks of wood, expecting you to somehow put it together and frame it yourself!

Which image file types does your website accept?

Our website uploader accepts JPEG, TIFF or PNG files upto 30mb in file size. If your file is over 30mb please upload a smaller version so you can add the item to the cart and send us the high res version to [email protected] via along with your order reference number in the message box.

What is your privacy policy concerning the use of my images?

We will never use, sell, or print any of your images without your prior consent.

Should I include crop lines in the photo or image I send over to you?

This is not necessary - crop lines are not required.

How should I colour manage my files? Which working space should I be editing my photos in?

We recommend using colour space sRGB.

What happens after I purchase my canvas?

When you have completed your purchase our design team will prepare your photo for printing and we will send you a proof within hours to the email address that you have registered with. The proof needs to be checked and approved before printing by simply replying back to the email that we have send you. If we do not hear a response from yourself within 24 hours we will print your order to what our designers believe is best for the artwork.

The quicker we get an approval for your print, the quicker we can start creating your canvas to get it ready for shipping

Which type of canvas do you use?

We use only the best quality canvas: A heavyweight 100% pure white cotton canvas , with a strong tight weave that contains no additives or agents. Our prints on canvas are made specifically to our specifications, provides a wide colour gamut with beautifully realistic vibrant, and deep colour reproduction.

Which kind of frames do you use?

We use real artist’s stretcher bars, and we make each frame to order. We have sourced only the finest European solid pine frames that are knot free, kiln dried, and environmentally sustainable.

Which kinds of inks and print processes do you use?

We use a state-of-the-art flagship Canon 12 colour digital print process to print your treasured images. We only use genuine Canon LUCIA pro pigment inks and a class leading 12 colour print process that create over 72 million rich and vibrant colours, our digital printing method is the best there is available to transfer your photos to canvas - bringing your images to life!

Do you offer customised sizes that are smaller or larger than those listed on your website?

At the moment we do not offer completely custom made sizes, but please do not hesitate to contact us and we can maybe able to to create a custom size for you.

What happens if my print was damaged on arrival, or if I’m not happy?

While we do all we can to ensure your canvas arrives safely and in perfect condition, sometimes accidents happen. Hold onto the packaging and canvas, take pictures and contact us, we’ll send out a reprint straight away!

Care Instruction

Can I hang my print outside?

Although our prints have a UV protection, no canvas should ever be hung in direct sunlight for extended lengths of time.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

Because canvas and the pine frames are a natural product, they may swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity. It should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source, such as a radiator.

Are there any special instructions I should follow when hanging my print?

All of our framed canvas prints come ready-to-hang out - all you need is a hammer to attach the hanger to the wall. Nails are included with every canvas.

How do I clean and look after my canvas

The best way to clean your canvas is with a soft duster.


I need my canvas by delivered by a certain date, what do I do?

If the date is quite soon, you may need to add our express shipping option to ensure it arrives in time.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail, Evri and Parcel Force for your delivery.

Returns Information

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt. Your complaint will be treated very seriously and investigated appropriately. If there has been any damage to your print along the way, we will replace this free of charge.
