Please be aware that this is a natural product, and as such the panel and its coating may contain spots, mild blemishes, dips and bumps due to the cutting process.

For the best quality print, we recommend using a high-quality, high-resolution image with plenty of light. Low-resolution or dark images can result in a blurry or poor-quality print. Please avoid using images downloaded from social media or taken with screenshots as these can appear pixelated. We cannot offer refunds or returns for bad quality or blurry images.

Please note that your image will be reproduced exactly as it appears. However, in some cases, we may need to crop the image for size to fit the product you've ordered. To ensure the best results, we recommend avoiding images with major features near the edge of the photo, as approximately 1cm will be used for the edging of the slate. If you're uncertain whether your image is suitable, please feel free to contact us for guidance.
